You might be here because

Nothing is wrong. You just want something else.

You've built something real. A career, a business, a family, a life that works. You like a lot of it. That's the part people get wrong about women in your position. They assume something has to be broken before you're allowed to want a change.

Usually there's nothing to fix. You've changed. You've outgrown something. You have four good options and can't tell which one is yours. Or you already know exactly what you want and you haven't said it out loud yet, because saying it means doing something about it.

You've thought about this plenty. Thinking isn't the problem. You're tired of thinking about it.

What could actually change

What it looks like when you stop asking everyone else.

I'm not going to promise you any of this. Nobody honest can. But this is the kind of thing that tends to shift once a woman starts trusting her own read on her life:

You finally make the decision you've been circling for months.
You move before you have every answer, because you trust yourself to handle what comes.
You build the business you actually want instead of endlessly improving one you don't.
You change the offer, the schedule, the career, the relationship, the boundary, because you admitted what you wanted.
There's more room in your week for your kids, your horses, travel, rest, the thing you keep putting off.
You do something because you love it, without needing it to earn its keep.
You get excited about an idea and follow it, instead of talking yourself out of it by Tuesday.
You can tell the difference between a real no and being scared of something new.
You say "this is what I want" and don't immediately explain or defend it.
Your business supports the life you want, instead of your life propping up the business.

None of that requires becoming a different person. It mostly requires stopping the habit of checking with everyone before you check with yourself.

It's been literally life changing working with Sausha. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone who feels like they need more but needs guidance or a push in the right direction. You won't regret it.

You can't always see the thing you're standing inside of.

Why another plan hasn't done it

You already know how to make a plan.

You've done it a hundred times. You know how to research, decide, execute, and hold yourself to it. So when you're not following through on something you say you want, more information isn't the missing piece.

Sometimes a marketing problem really is a marketing problem. You need a sharper message, a better offer, someone to look at the numbers with you and tell you the truth. We do that too, and I'm good at it.

But often the thing you're stuck on isn't the thing that's actually stuck:

You think it's a marketing problem. You're actually not sure you want to be that visible.

You think you need a new offer. You've built the whole business around what you can succeed at instead of what you want.

You think you lack discipline. You're trying to force yourself toward something you never actually chose.

You think you can't make decisions. You've spent years overriding your own gut until you stopped hearing it.

Fix the surface and the same pattern shows up wearing a different outfit six months later. Most women don't need a better plan. They need someone who can tell which kind of problem they're actually looking at.

What we actually work on

Your life and your work, in the same conversation.

There's no curriculum. Over ninety days we go after whatever is live for you, which usually includes some mix of these:

The decision in front of you, and what's really holding it in place.
The gap between what you say you want and what you keep choosing.
Your business. Offers, pricing, positioning, marketing, leadership, a career change, the direction of the whole thing.
The definitions of success you inherited and never actually agreed to.
The difference between what you want and what you were taught to want.
The parts of you that got set aside to stay responsible, capable, or needed, and what you want to do with them now.
The actual conversations, boundaries, and moves that get you from here to the thing you want.

Some of this is remembering who you were before you got so good at being useful. Some of it is building something you've never been before. Usually it's both, and I don't separate the woman from the work, because you don't get to either.

I've been to a lot of things over the years, but working with Sausha is the only place I've felt fully seen as both a leader and a mom. The clarity and peace I walked away with changed everything.

Why me for this

I'm not here because I figured everything out.

I left a corporate career to build a life around what I actually wanted, and I've been building it in public since 2018. I've made most of the mistakes I'll ask you about.

I've built and run several businesses to multiple six and seven figures. I've consulted for small businesses for years, mostly on sales and marketing, both in person and online. So when we get into your numbers, your offer, or why nobody's buying the thing you're proud of, I'm not guessing.

I also have a BS in Psychology, and I've spent my whole life around horses, which turns out to be good training for reading what someone is doing versus what they're saying. I taught riding lessons, ran equine-facilitated learning sessions, and spent six years certified through PATH International. I'm a certified life coach and a Reiki master.

I tell you that because both sides matter. The training is real, and so is the part you can't put on a certificate.

In this work I'm part mentor, part strategist, part mirror. I listen closely, I notice the pattern you're too close to see, I ask the direct question, and I say the thing that doesn't add up when everyone else has been too polite to. Not to hand you a formula for who to be.

Most women don't need another person telling them who to be. They need someone honest in the room while they decide.

What it is, and what it isn't

Ninety days, one-on-one.

This isn't a course, a group program, or a monthly call you'll forget to prepare for. It's three months of private attention on your actual life, with someone who has skin in the game with you.

What that looks like:

Private one-on-one conversations, fully online, so we can do this from anywhere.
Real time on the decisions, patterns, and questions you can't untangle alone.
Direct work on your business and your life, without pretending they're separate.
Someone beside you while you make the changes, not just plan them.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Who is this for?

Women who've built a career, business, family, or life that works, and want more from it. Some are at an inflection point. Some have several good options and can't tell which one is theirs. Some already know what they want and are scared to make the move. Nothing has to be wrong for this to be the right time.

Can we work on my business?

Yes. Offers, pricing, positioning, marketing, leadership, a career change, the direction of the whole thing. I've built and run several businesses to multiple six and seven figures, and I've consulted for small businesses for years on sales and marketing, in person and online. This isn't theory for me. The difference is I don't treat a business decision as if the woman making it isn't in the room.

How is this different from a retreat or workshop?

This is private, one-on-one, and fully online over 90 days. My retreats and workshops are in-person group experiences in Southern Oregon, and that's where the horse work lives. A lot of women do both. A retreat to step out of their life for a few days, and the mentorship for the longer stretch.

Do we work with horses?

Not in the mentorship. This is one-on-one and fully online, so we can work together from anywhere. The horses shaped how I do this, but the actual horse work happens in person at my retreats and workshops.

Is this therapy?

No. This is mentorship, not therapy or clinical treatment. I have a BS in Psychology and it shapes how I see things, but I'm not working as a licensed therapist and this isn't a substitute for mental health care. The work looks forward: your life, your decisions, and the changes you want to make.

What are your credentials?

On the business side, I've built and run several businesses to multiple six and seven figures and spent years consulting with small businesses on sales and marketing, in person and online. On the other side, I've had horses my whole life, taught riding lessons, and run equine-facilitated learning sessions. I spent six years certified through PATH International. I have a BS in Psychology, I'm a certified life coach and a Reiki master, and I've been hosting workshops and retreats since 2018. Both the training and the intuition matter in how I work.

How do I start?

You fill out a short application. I'll reach out, and we'll talk to see whether it's the right fit. No obligation before that call.

You've thought about this long enough.

Ninety days to stop circling and start deciding, with someone who will tell you the truth and stay in it with you while you build the next thing. Fill out the application and we'll talk.
