Workshops to help you trust yourself again

Half-day equine-facilitated workshops for women in Southern Oregon.

Why These Exist

You built a good life. Somewhere in it, you lost the thread of yourself.

Most of the women who come to these have done everything right. They're capable. People count on them. And somewhere along the way they stopped being able to hear their own voice under everyone else's.

Each workshop stands on its own. Together they explore one idea: learning to hear yourself again, trust what you find, and build a life that's true to you.

A morning away from the noise, with horses who don't care what you've been holding together.

What Actually Happens

A morning outside, with horses and a handful of women.

We spend the morning outside. Slowing down, reflecting, writing, and time with the horses. It's a small group, so there's room for every woman to be seen.

Horses don't judge, diagnose, or tell you what to do. They reflect what's true, often the thing you've stopped noticing in yourself. That's the work, and most of it happens on the ground.

You don't need any horse experience. You don't need to have done anything like this before. Everything is designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Come as you are. That's the whole ask.

Before You Come

Questions women ask

Do I need any experience with horses?

No. Most of the women who come have never worked with horses before, and most of our time is spent on the ground, not riding. Everything is designed to meet you exactly where you are. You don't need to know anything about horses to get everything out of the morning.

Who are these workshops for?

Women who have built a good life that looks right on paper but no longer feels connected to who they are. Mothers, entrepreneurs, leaders, horsewomen. Women who feel pulled in every direction, who second-guess their own decisions, or who just want space to slow down and hear themselves think again.

What is equine-facilitated learning, exactly?

It's a way of learning about yourself with horses as partners in the process. Horses respond honestly to what's actually happening in you, not the version you're presenting. That reflection helps you notice patterns you can't always see on your own. It isn't therapy or riding lessons. It's experiential learning, guided, and grounded in real conversation.

Do I have to attend all three?

No. Each workshop stands completely on its own. Come to one, come to all three. Together they follow a natural arc, coming back to yourself, learning to trust what you hear, and reflecting before you decide what's next, but you'll get a full morning out of any single one.

Where are they held, and what should I bring?

On the ranch in Eagle Point, in Southern Oregon. Bring comfortable clothes, closed-toe shoes, and a jacket if the weather is cool. A workbook, snacks, drinks, and a few thoughtful goodies to take home are included. I'll send the exact location and everything else you need before the workshop.

What's the refund policy?

Because space is limited to eight women, registrations are non-refundable. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another woman with advance notice.

Letters from the Ranch

A few times a week I'll send you stories from the ranch, updates on upcoming workshops and retreats, and whatever the horses or life have been teaching me lately.
