Terms and Conditions

Sales Mama, LLC and BUILT WILD, LLC

These Terms and Conditions govern all products, programs, courses, workshops, coaching, consulting services, digital downloads, memberships, and retreats offered by Sales Mama, LLC and BUILT WILD, LLC (collectively, “the Company,” “we,” or “us”). Sausha Davis is the founder and lead coach of both entities. Depending on which program you enroll in, your agreement is with the corresponding LLC.

By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any offering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in any program, coaching, retreat, membership, or digital product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase or participate.

2. Applicability of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all current and future offerings by Sales Mama, LLC and BUILT WILD, LLC unless superseded by a separate written agreement.

3. Participation Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older.

Registration and payment, or the first installment of an approved payment plan, must be completed to secure access.

Access is non-transferable and for the sole use of the purchaser.

4. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

4.1 Payment Policy

Full payment is required unless an approved payment plan is selected.

Payment plans are contracts, not subscriptions. All installments are owed in full regardless of participation.

Failed payments result in immediate suspension of access. The system will automatically retry the card for up to 7 days. During this window, access to calls, community, and course content is paused.

A $100 reactivation fee applies if access is restored after suspension.

If 14 days pass with no payment and no communication, the account may be considered abandoned at the Company’s discretion. Access may be permanently revoked, the remaining balance may become due in full, and the account may be referred to collections.

4.2 Refund Policy

Digital programs and products: All digital sales are final and non-refundable.

Memberships: Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. No refunds are issued for partial months.

Retreats:

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking: full refund

  • Cancel within 30 days of booking: 50% refund

  • Cancel after 30 days: no refund

  • Retreat deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated

4.3 Missed Appointments

1:1 sessions must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance.

No-shows and same-day cancellations are forfeited.

Emergencies are reviewed case-by-case and rescheduling is not guaranteed.

4.4 Chargebacks

You agree not to initiate unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks on any payment.

Any chargeback submitted after agreeing to these Terms and Conditions will be formally disputed with supporting documentation, including proof of purchase, signed agreements, login records, access history, communications, and participation records.

Digital access is revoked during any active chargeback investigation.

5. Product Types and Access

Workshops: Includes the scheduled session and specified materials. Replay access is only available while enrolled.

Courses: Lifetime access unless otherwise specified at purchase.

Coaching: Includes only the sessions outlined at purchase. Additional sessions require an additional fee.

Memberships: Access is contingent on monthly payment. Access ends when payment ends.

Retreats: Governed by these terms and any retreat-specific agreements signed at booking.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, curriculum, videos, scripts, workbooks, frameworks, and content are the sole property of Sales Mama, LLC or BUILT WILD, LLC, depending on the program of origin.
