About
I'm a strategic advisor based in Southern Oregon. I help founders and leadership teams look at the whole business, figure out what's actually going on, and make it simpler to run and grow.
I've been building businesses since 2018, and I've worked inside a big corporation, a nonprofit, online education companies and a software company along the way. That mix is a big part of how I see things.
What I do
Most businesses I work with aren't short on effort or ideas. They've got marketing happening, a sales process of some kind, offers, tools, and a team doing their best. What's usually missing is someone stepping back far enough to see how all of it connects, and deciding what actually matters.
That's my job. I look across sales, marketing, messaging, offers, systems and the people running them. Then we decide what stays, what stops and what starts, and I turn it into a plan you can actually run.
I design it. You or your team run it. And if you don't have the right people yet, I'll help you figure out who you need. I work with founders, owners, executive directors, leadership teams and boards, and I'm most useful to the people making the decisions.
Where I've been
Corporate, nonprofit, online, and my own. Each one taught me something different about how people buy, how teams work, and where things get stuck.
Corporate
I managed large national accounts and led the team that supported them. It's where I learned how big customers think and what it takes to keep them.
Nonprofit
I taught as a certified therapeutic riding instructor, supported community outreach, and helped with fundraising and bringing in new riders.
Sales & marketing
I worked across sales, marketing, client success and events, explaining complicated things in plain words and learning what makes people say yes and what makes them hesitate.
Since 2018
I've built and run several businesses of my own, and along the way I've advised hundreds of business owners on their offers, messaging, sales, marketing and systems.

What I believe
"Build a business that pays for the life you want, instead of turning the life you want into the business."
That's the idea underneath all of my work. A business is supposed to make room for the rest of your life, or for the mission if you run an organization. When it starts taking over instead, something got more complicated than it needed to be.
I also don't think you can separate the business from the person running it. Fear and second-guessing shape what people are willing to build just as much as strategy does. So I pay attention to both.
And I think simple almost always wins. A few offers people understand and a few priorities everyone can remember will beat more of everything, every time.
Life outside work
I live on a ranch in Eagle Point, Oregon, with my husband, our four kids, our horses and a dog. When I'm not working, I'm usually outside.
Horses have been part of my life and my work for years. I taught therapeutic riding for a long time, and horses still shape how I think about leadership, communication and paying attention.
I run my business around my family on purpose. That's a big part of why I'm so stubborn about keeping things simple.
In 2027, I'll be hosting small groups again for retreats and workshops in the Rogue Valley.
