Private Mentorship Agreement
This Private Mentorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Sausha Davis (“Mentor”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).
Effective Date: The date this Agreement is signed.
1. Private Mentorship Experience
Private Mentorship is a 90-day personalized mentorship experience designed to support Client in building self-trust, gaining clarity, and making decisions that align with the life they want to create.
The mentorship experience may include:
Private 1:1 mentorship sessions
Support and communication between sessions
Personalized reflections, resources, and recommendations
Additional exercises or experiences as appropriate
This is a personalized experience. The focus and direction of the mentorship will be shaped around Client’s goals, needs, and current season of life.
2. Mentorship Schedule & Communication
Client will receive:
Sessions will be scheduled in advance.
If Client needs to reschedule a session, reasonable notice is appreciated. Mentor will make reasonable efforts to accommodate schedule changes when possible.
3. Investment & Payment
Client agrees to the payment option selected at checkout:
Pay in Full: $5,500
or
Payment Plan: Three monthly payments of $2,000
By selecting a payment plan, Client agrees to complete all scheduled payments.
Payments are made in exchange for the reserved mentorship space and access to the mentorship experience.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of Private Mentorship and the limited number of clients accepted, payments are non-refundable.
If an unexpected circumstance arises, Client may communicate with Mentor to discuss possible options.
5. Client Responsibility
Mentorship is a collaborative process.
Mentor will provide guidance, reflection, support, and perspective. Client is responsible for their own choices, actions, decisions, and results.
Client understands that personal growth requires participation, honesty, and willingness to engage in the process.
6. Scope of Mentorship
Private Mentorship is not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, financial advice, or mental health treatment.
Sausha Davis is not acting as a licensed therapist or healthcare provider.
Client understands that they are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support when needed.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to respect the privacy of information shared during the mentorship relationship.
Mentor will not share Client’s personal stories or private information without permission, except when required by law.
8. Intellectual Property
Any materials, resources, exercises, or written content provided during mentorship are for Client’s personal use only.
Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission from Mentor.
9. Equine-Facilitated Experiences (If Applicable)
If Client participates in any equine-facilitated activities, Client understands that horses are living animals and that working around horses carries inherent risks.
Client agrees to follow all safety instructions and communicate any concerns, limitations, or needs.
Participation in equine activities is voluntary.
10. Limitation of Liability
Client understands that Mentor provides guidance and support but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
Client accepts responsibility for their own decisions and actions during and after the mentorship experience.
11. Agreement
By signing this Agreement, Client acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to the terms outlined above.
