Southern Oregon Women’s Fall Retreat Terms and Conditions
By registering for the Southern Oregon Women’s Fall Retreat, October 23–25, 2026, I understand and agree to the following:
Registration + Accommodations
My registration reserves my spot and the room type I selected at checkout.
Shared accommodations are first come, first served. Individual beds within the shared room are not reserved or guaranteed. I understand that I’ll be sharing the property and common spaces with other retreat guests.
Cancellation + Refunds
If I cancel 30 days or more before the retreat, I will receive a refund of payments made, minus $500.
If I cancel less than 30 days before the retreat, all payments are non-refundable.
Travel, airfare, rental cars, additional lodging, and other personal expenses are my responsibility and are not refundable by Sausha Davis.
If Sausha Davis cancels the retreat, retreat fees paid will be refunded. Travel and other personal expenses are not included.
Activities + Assumption of Risk
I understand that this retreat takes place in a rural, outdoor environment and may include horseback riding, walking on uneven terrain, optional movement, time near the river and fire, animals, changing weather, and other outdoor activities.
I understand that these activities involve inherent risks and voluntarily choose to participate. I am responsible for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for me and may decline optional activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I assume the inherent risks associated with my participation and release and hold harmless Sausha Davis and her business, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from those inherent risks or my voluntary participation, except where liability cannot legally be waived.
Additional health, safety, emergency contact, or activity waivers may be required before or during the retreat.
Horseback Trail Ride + Third-Party Providers
The horseback trail ride is operated by an independent professional outfitter, not Sausha Davis. Other retreat services may also be provided by independent third parties.
I understand that third-party providers may have their own rules, requirements, and liability waivers, and I agree to follow them.
Personal Responsibility
I am responsible for my own health, medications, personal decisions, belongings, and participation during the retreat.
I understand that this is a personal-development and educational retreat, not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. No specific personal, professional, financial, or other result is guaranteed.
Personal Property + Damage
Sausha Davis is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
I am responsible for damage I cause to the retreat property, furnishings, equipment, or another person’s property beyond normal wear and tear and may be responsible for reasonable repair or replacement costs.
Transportation
Unless specifically stated otherwise, transportation is my responsibility.
If I choose to carpool, ride with another participant, or use transportation provided by a third party, I do so voluntarily and at my own risk. Sausha Davis is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or damage arising from transportation provided by another participant or third party.
Food + Alcohol
I am responsible for providing accurate information about food allergies and dietary restrictions when requested. While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate dietary needs, an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
If alcohol is available, I am responsible for my own consumption and behavior. I understand that I may not participate in horseback riding or other activities while impaired.
Schedule Changes
The published schedule is an intended itinerary and may change due to weather, safety, vendor availability, or other circumstances.
Reasonable changes to the schedule, activities, meals, vendors, or itinerary do not constitute cancellation of the retreat or automatically qualify for a refund.
Photography
A professional photographer will be present for part of the retreat. Photography preferences and permissions will be collected separately. Registration alone does not give Sausha Davis unrestricted permission to use my identifiable image for marketing.
Privacy + Conduct
I agree to respect the privacy of the other women attending and not intentionally share another participant’s personal stories or private conversations without her permission.
I agree to treat other participants, the host, vendors, animals, and the retreat property respectfully.
Sausha Davis may require a participant to leave for unsafe, threatening, harassing, or significantly disruptive behavior. If I am removed for these reasons, my retreat payment will not be refunded.
Circumstances Outside Our Control
Sausha Davis is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or changes caused by circumstances reasonably outside her control, including severe weather, wildfire, road closures, natural disasters, government restrictions, property unavailability, or similar events.
If circumstances prevent the retreat from proceeding as planned, Sausha Davis may reasonably reschedule, relocate, provide a credit, or issue a refund depending on the circumstances.
Agreement
By checking the box below, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, have read and understand this agreement, understand the cancellation and refund policy, voluntarily accept the inherent risks of participating, and agree to these terms.
I have read and agree to the Southern Oregon Women’s Fall Retreat Agreement.
