• This gathering will take place outdoors on a working ranch, so please dress comfortably and wear closed-toe shoes if you’d like to spend time around the horses.

• The exact address and arrival instructions will be emailed to you after registration.

• In the event of severe weather or an emergency, the gathering may be rescheduled and your ticket will automatically transfer to the new date.
