We’ll sit in the field, groom the horses, journal, and remember who we were before the world taught us to earn our place.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Wild Gatherings are intentionally limited to 8 women. Because your reservation holds one of those spots, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available for any reason, including illness, family emergencies, schedule conflicts, weather, or no-shows.

If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another woman by notifying us before the event.

If BUILT WILD cancels the gathering, you’ll receive a full refund.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that this is an outdoor event held on a working ranch and agree to the Participant Agreement and Liability Waiver.
